About Us

We are a full service, privately-owned veterinary medical and surgical clinic offering dog and cat care. Our goal is to provide effective prevention and interventions at competitive prices. The team at Startz Vet  understands your pet care needs.

Veterinarians:

Dr. Kaufman brings with him a broad background in science and medicine:

DVM, Kansas State University, 1989. PhD, University of Minnesota, 1993 (Neuroscience). Previous clinic owner/veterinarian in Houston (West U Vet). Research and shelter medicine experience (NASA JSC, UTMB & HSPCA).

We aim to provide a kind experience with outstanding value for our clients. Pet medicine is a fast-changing and confusing space, and we will do our best to explain your options.
